Emma Bedwell MAAT
Payroll Director
I joined the team as Payroll Manager in 2016, having studied accountancy and qualified at AAT Level 4. I became a Director of the company in November 2020. As well as my accounting experience, I have had considerable exposure to payroll work in my previous roles. I manage the day-to-day running of the payrolls and enjoy working with our lovely clients, helping them with any issues or problems they might have. I like the fact that we know all of our clients well, and we understand the intricacies and differences of each and every payroll that we run. My love of maths and systems certainly helps in this job, as you have to be organised! Outside of work, I enjoy crafting and taking Pablo the Pug out for walks with the family.
Daniel Button ACIPP
Payroll Director
I joined the team as Payroll Director in 2021, I have recently completed a payroll technician qualification course with CIPP. As well as my payroll experience, I have knowledge in project management as well as managing teams and customer engagement. I have an NVQ Level 4 in management and a BTEC Level 4 in management and leadership. I help manage the day-to-day running of the payrolls and I am really enjoying getting to know all our amazing clients. Outside of work, I enjoy playing football, swimming and taking Pablo the Pug out for walks with the family.
Sarah Withers FPMI, CPAE
Technical Director
I’m the founding member of the Auto-Enrolment Bureau, having left the corporate world behind to set up the business in 2013. My background is very much in pensions and payroll services, as I previously worked at Associate level for the country’s largest firm of independent Actuaries and Pension Consultants, Barnett Waddingham, for nearly 20 years. I’m on hand any time to discuss technical issues with clients. I’m still very hands-on with all of the payrolls we run. In my spare time I enjoy walking my dog, Blossy, around the Cotswold countryside and caring for my two rescue horses.
